CUTZ comes from our family's cattle farm in Egypt — around 200 acres and a herd of Balady, Brazilian and Colombian cattle that we raise and care for ourselves.

Our own butchers hand-cut every steak, dry-age the ribeye and seal each cut in a vacuum skin pack, so it reaches you cold and fresh. Every pack is traceable to the animal it came from.

And when it's time for a proper barbecue, The Grill Box by CUTZ brings burgers, hot dogs, brioche, toppings and our own sauces in one chilled box.
